Ella es&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ptk.org\/\">Sociedad de Honor Phi Theta Kappa<\/a>&nbsp;Vicepresidente Internacional de la Divisi\u00f3n IV.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El concepto de encontrar un equilibrio entre la vida laboral y personal puede suponer un reto para muchas personas; sin embargo, para los estudiantes universitarios puede ser abrumador si no incluyen la vida sana y el bienestar en su estilo de vida general. Ser capaz de equilibrar el trabajo del curso, los compa\u00f1eros de habitaci\u00f3n, las actividades co-curriculares, las finanzas y las relaciones personales en un entorno completamente nuevo y diferente puede ser desalentador. El acceso al apoyo de la salud mental es crucial para ayudar a los estudiantes a superar estos retos. Los servicios de asesoramiento y los programas de bienestar pueden proporcionar los recursos y la orientaci\u00f3n necesarios para controlar el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad. Por <a href=\"https:\/\/ccsmart.org\/mental-health-matters-coping-with-stress-in-community-college\/\">dar prioridad a la salud mental<\/a>Los estudiantes est\u00e1n mejor preparados para triunfar en los \u00e1mbitos acad\u00e9mico y personal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para mantener un buen equilibrio durante la universidad, un factor clave es <a href=\"https:\/\/ccsmart.org\/5-ways-to-prioritize-self-care-for-community-college-students\/\">controlar el estr\u00e9s<\/a>. El estr\u00e9s causa muchos problemas de salud: debilitamiento del sistema inmunitario, respiraci\u00f3n superficial, dolores de cabeza, dificultad para dormir y problemas digestivos.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando estoy estresada por los ex\u00e1menes parciales y finales, experimento s\u00edntomas parecidos a los de la gripe que pueden ser debilitantes. Por eso, afrontar el estr\u00e9s relacionado con los ex\u00e1menes es a\u00fan m\u00e1s importante. Mantener la concentraci\u00f3n y la organizaci\u00f3n alivia la ansiedad y el estr\u00e9s. Escribo listas diarias y marco tareas y actividades en mi calendario. Tambi\u00e9n identifico las semanas y los meses que pueden catapultarme a un ataque de ansiedad. Ser proactivo e identificar lo que me genera estr\u00e9s me ha ayudado ir\u00f3nicamente a aliviarlo.  A continuaci\u00f3n, divido las tareas en pasos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os y manejables. Priorizo mis tareas y actividades por plazos e importancia, centr\u00e1ndome en lo que es m\u00e1s urgente y cr\u00edtico. Al abordar mi carga de trabajo por partes, mantengo el control de mi cabeza, mi coraz\u00f3n y mi alma, y as\u00ed soy m\u00e1s feliz y productiva.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A menudo, como estudiantes universitarios, nos involucramos en un sinf\u00edn de actividades y nos encontramos, al final del d\u00eda, extremadamente abrumados.  Es importante decir \"no\" cuando tenemos los platos llenos. La vida universitaria puede devorar cada momento libre si se lo permites. Aprender a gestionar el tiempo y el autocontrol no es s\u00f3lo una habilidad que nos ayudar\u00e1 en la universidad, sino tambi\u00e9n en la vida.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En mi experiencia, sacar tiempo para las actividades sociales y pasar tiempo con los amigos es muy importante. Uno puede sentirse agotado y sin energ\u00eda vital si se siente presionado a participar en todos los actos sociales del campus en un intento de participar en todos los deportes, clubes y actividades de voluntariado. Animo a mis compa\u00f1eros universitarios a participar en actividades que despierten la felicidad. Recargar las pilas te permite afrontar tus compromisos y responsabilidades con energ\u00eda y prop\u00f3sito renovados. Crear un horario semanal con bloques espec\u00edficos para estudiar, realizar actividades extraescolares y relajarse es una estrategia eficaz. Tambi\u00e9n puedes clasificar tus actividades por importancia e inter\u00e9s personal, asegur\u00e1ndote de que te centras en lo que m\u00e1s importa. La gesti\u00f3n de tu tiempo tambi\u00e9n debe incluir la delegaci\u00f3n de tareas. Recuerda. No tienes que ser todo para todo el mundo.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nunca olvides... <a href=\"https:\/\/ccsmart.org\/take-advantage-of-your-college-resources\/\">aproveche al m\u00e1ximo sus recursos<\/a>. La mayor\u00eda de las universidades ofrecen apoyo y orientaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de asesores acad\u00e9micos, consejeros y grupos de estudio. Si utilizas estos recursos, podr\u00e1s superar los retos y tomar decisiones con conocimiento de causa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soy un gran fijador de objetivos.  Reviso regularmente mi rendimiento acad\u00e9mico y mi nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n social. \u00bfC\u00f3mo voy con mis objetivos acad\u00e9micos? \u00bfEs satisfactoria mi vida social? Al reflexionar sobre estas cuestiones, soy capaz de ajustar mis prioridades para garantizar una experiencia universitaria completa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que he compartido me ayuda a mantener un equilibrio entre mis responsabilidades acad\u00e9micas y sociales. Recuerda fijar momentos espec\u00edficos para estudiar y para socializar. As\u00ed te asegurar\u00e1s de no descuidar ninguna de las dos \u00e1reas. Adem\u00e1s, unirte a clubes u organizaciones relacionadas con tus intereses puede ayudarte a conocer gente nueva sin dejar de lado tus estudios.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lograr un equilibrio entre los estudios y la vida social en la universidad requiere una planificaci\u00f3n meditada, el establecimiento de objetivos claros y el conocimiento de uno mismo. Tomar las riendas de tu tiempo, participar en actividades significativas y utilizar los recursos del campus pueden conducir a una experiencia universitaria gratificante que fomente el \u00e9xito acad\u00e9mico y el crecimiento personal.
