El eufemismo del siglo, \u00bfverdad? A veces parece imposible compaginarlo todo, sobre todo si adem\u00e1s tienes un trabajo a tiempo completo y\/o responsabilidades familiares. Pero recuerda que lo m\u00e1s importante de tu vida eres T\u00da. Aqu\u00ed tienes algunas formas de asegurarte de que cuidas de ti mismo adem\u00e1s de todo lo que tienes entre manos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuida tu cuerpo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos lo hemos o\u00eddo un mill\u00f3n de veces, pero nunca deja de ser cierto... <a href=\"https:\/\/collegecliffs.com\/maintaining-physical-health-in-college\/\">cuida tu cuerpo<\/a> es una parte clave del cuidado de tu mente. Aseg\u00farate de llevar un tentempi\u00e9 para las sesiones intensas de estudio y bebe mucha agua, <a href=\"https:\/\/summer.harvard.edu\/blog\/why-you-should-make-a-good-nights-sleep-a-priority\/\">intenta dormir lo suficiente,<\/a> y pon tu cuerpo en movimiento todo lo que puedas. Empieza por familiarizarte con las se\u00f1ales de advertencia del agotamiento (por ejemplo, agotamiento, falta de motivaci\u00f3n, irritabilidad, confusi\u00f3n cerebral, ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n). Sin embargo, muchos no saben por d\u00f3nde empezar. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.collegiateparent.com\/health-safety\/mental-health-in-college-2020-21-part-2\/\">Este art\u00edculo contiene algunas sugerencias para empezar<\/a>. Puedes acudir a tu compa\u00f1\u00eda de seguros, a los servicios de salud mental que ofrece el campus de tu universidad o encontrar un consejero a trav\u00e9s de empresas privadas como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ptk.org\/benefits\/better-help\/\">BetterHelp<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dedica tiempo a lo que te gusta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dedicar todo tu tiempo a las tareas del curso y a las responsabilidades externas puede desgastar tu salud mental. Para evitarlo, aseg\u00farate de dedicarte algo de tiempo a ti mismo. Si te gusta crear arte, hacer senderismo, pasar tiempo con amigos o familiares, o acurrucarte con un buen libro, reserva al menos algo de tiempo para recordarte a ti mismo por qu\u00e9 est\u00e1s dedicando todo este trabajo. Unas pocas horas de relajaci\u00f3n pueden ayudar mucho a mejorar tu estado de \u00e1nimo y tu salud mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reduzca su carga de trabajo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A veces, hagas lo que hagas, parece que siempre te est\u00e1s quedando atr\u00e1s. Tal vez tengas responsabilidades familiares que tienen prioridad, o est\u00e9s haciendo malabarismos con un trabajo a tiempo completo para ayudarte a pagar los estudios. Recuerda que cada persona avanza a su propio ritmo y que reducir la carga de trabajo puede ser una buena idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mydegreeguide.com\/full-time-vs-part-time-student\/\">Trabajar a tiempo parcial<\/a> a la universidad comunitaria puede ser una mejor opci\u00f3n si tus responsabilidades personales son demasiado para compaginarlas. Esto puede reducir los costes de la matr\u00edcula y liberarte algo de tiempo para centrarte en otros aspectos importantes de tu vida, al tiempo que te permite practicar el autocuidado. Si dispones de fondos adicionales, tal vez puedas reducir la cantidad de trabajo que tienes que hacer para pagarte las clases y liberar algo de tiempo para ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9stas son cinco formas de priorizar el autocuidado mientras asistes a la universidad comunitaria, \u00a1pero hay muchas m\u00e1s!
