Phi Theta Kappa (PTK)<\/strong> es la sociedad de honor oficial de los colegios comunitarios reconocida por la Asociaci\u00f3n Americana de Colegios Comunitarios. Su misi\u00f3n es reconocer los logros acad\u00e9micos de los estudiantes universitarios y ofrecerles oportunidades para crecer como acad\u00e9micos y l\u00edderes.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo afiliarse a Phi Theta Kappa?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Para recibir una invitaci\u00f3n para unirse a Phi Theta Kappa, un estudiante debe cumplir los criterios de elegibilidad del cap\u00edtulo de la universidad (por lo general una mezcla de horas de cr\u00e9dito tomadas y GPA acumulativo).<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las ventajas de afiliarse?<\/h4>\n

Como miembro del PTK, tendr\u00e1 acceso a becas exclusivas que le ayudar\u00e1n a financiar su educaci\u00f3n. Los miembros tambi\u00e9n tienen acceso a cursos gratuitos de desarrollo profesional y a oportunidades de liderazgo a nivel de cap\u00edtulo, regional e internacional. Empresas como Dell, Enterprise y National, Lenovo, BetterHelp y otras tambi\u00e9n ofrecen descuentos y ahorros exclusivos a los miembros del PTK.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los requisitos de acceso?<\/h4>\n

En general, un estudiante debe estar matriculado en una universidad o instituci\u00f3n que cuente con un cap\u00edtulo de Phi Theta Kappa, haber completado al menos 12 horas de cr\u00e9dito hacia un grado asociado, o haber completado seis horas de cr\u00e9dito hacia un certificado de un a\u00f1o, y tener un promedio acumulativo de calificaciones de 3.5.<\/p>\n

Si bien estos son requisitos generales de elegibilidad, los cap\u00edtulos est\u00e1n autorizados a elevar los est\u00e1ndares de elegibilidad de acuerdo con las normas de la Sociedad. constituci\u00f3n<\/a>.
